How to Get More Views on Your Instagram Stories | Neil Patel

Everybody complains   that doesn't have enough range on Instagram.   But what if I tell you   is the secret in Instagram Stories?   And it's not just creating Instagram Stories.   Is there a specific formula you need to follow   if you want maximum engagement and views   in your Instagram Stories.   Hi guys, I'm Neil Patel,

and today I will share with you   how to get more views for your Instagram Stories.   (catchy electronic music)   Before I start,   Remember to subscribe to this channel.   So when I launch more marketing content,   you will be notified.   Unlike traditional social networks,   in Stories, the more you post,   more views will get.   Ideally, you should

post four times a day.   If you publish four times a day,   will have much more views   than if you only post once, twice or three times a day.   The more the merrier.   So start at least four times   and distribute them throughout the day,   and so you will continuously generate visualizations,   different than just one update per

day.   My second tip is to use videos.   Many users only post photos in the Stories.   People want engaging content.   Videos, Boomerangs,   People love engagement.   So when creating videos, you will see that   will have much more engagement.   As you drive more engagement,   your stories will start to spread,   and more people will see them.

And by creating Stories,   You must also add relevant account tags.   This is the third tip.   It's simple: If you mention Nike, use the Nike tag.   If you mention a friend, add their tag.   Adding tags will give you more views.   That simple.   Remember to use relevant tags,   and not just include Nike and say:   Oh yes,

my day was like this.   Blah blah blah, Nike.   And simply add the Nike tag.   It will not work.   Do not try to fool the system.   Create amazing and relevant stories,   and by mentioning brands or friends,   include only related tags.   My fourth strategy is to use hashtags.   I know everyone is saying that they already were,

but hashtags work.   The more hashtags you use,   more traffic will get.   But the key is not to use any random hashtag.   You need to use hashtags that people search for.   If you're not sure what people are searching for,   go to Ubersuggest, enter a keyword related to your niche   and he will show you other popular phrases

that people are using.   These results use search data.   This is what Ubersuggest does.   I know it's not Instagram, but it's research data.   It is very similar.   These are people searching for hashtags on Instagram.   Typically, what works on Google works on Instagram,   when it comes to hashtags and popular words.   The fifth strategy I have for

you is   ask a question or create a poll.   You can do it - everybody does it.   You can even put those sliders   in your Instagram Stories   that make people slide a happy face   and see where most people are.   By asking a question, creating a poll, or using sliders,   you will generate more engagement,   which will

help you get more views in the long run.   And the last strategy I have for you is   use location-based tags, see why:   Do you ever notice that from time to time   Does Instagram really promote someone's Story?   Typically this is random.   But it usually happens   when people using location-based tags,   sharing something from   Hollywood, California or

Los Angeles, California,   rather than sharing something without a location tag.   So, add a location tag to your stories.   This can help you be more shared on Instagram.   and get your stories to be more publicized,   and so you will get more views.   Well, if you are using all of these strategies,   great.   But if you are not
